If Harry Potter trained with Gandalf the white do you think he would be able to curbstomp Voldemort and all the Death Eaters at once? Maybe an even match? Or maybe he dies?

Supposing that a Maia can actually teach a mortal wizard anything, Gandalf can teach Harry some skills that would be moderately valuable.

The Grey Wizard is extremely experienced in shielding his own mind from Sauron and has telepathic abilities, probably making him a potentially better teacher than Snape in shielding Harry's mind from Voldemort's Legilimency. He also is an exceptionally good swordman (never know when some melee training can be useful) and has some neat pyrokinetic tricks that would be rape against wands, supposing that Harry can actually master them.

However, I don't think that Harry can take down the entire Death Eater organization + Voldemort even with this training, because he is sorely outnumbered and there is nothing Gandalf can teach him that would nullify the effects of Avada Kedavra.

I dunno, Gandalf hasn't exactly done anything that ''wizardy'', at last not that i can think of, so i'm not surer how much he can exactly teach Harry. Probably death eaters.

Harry would have to be as skilled and magically powerful as Dumbledore to solo the Death Eaters and Voldemort at the same time...

I dunno what Gandalf could teach him, his brand of magic is different...

Telepathy and mental domination, telekinesis, pyrokinesis to burn arrows in mid-flight and cast fireballs that kill half a dozen goblins in a single blow, can bless something as simple as beer... Yeah, I'd say that Gandalf is rather wizardy, although not particularly showy unless he needs to be.

Even given Gandalf training....I'm pretty sure that he loses. I don't think Gandalf had to 1v1 a bunch of wizards in a his verse...while in the harry potter world everyone got a wand.... Voldemort + death eaters will beat harry with Gandalf training....I think Voldemort vs Gandalf would be quite interesting.
