No prep time. Both get dropped in a abonned city with a picture of the oponent. They have acsess to the same technology and equipment. Who will come out the city alive?

Why is he a better marksman? Snake won against one of the best snipers twice.

Snake. He defeated The Cobras, with the exception of The and is probably still a better marksmen, having defeated the End, and Sniper Wolf.
And he also has defeated multiple supernatural foes, like Psycho Mantis, and he gone toe to toe with vampires, and has defeated Metal Gears on more then three occasions.
And he is way more bad ass.

Snake beat Sniper Wolf, easily one of the best snipers in fiction. His marksmanship is outstanding. As are his survival and stealth skills in an urban environment.
