Jiraiya's most recent estimation of his abilities before the fight was 30% and I doubt it increased to even 50% by the time the fight started and Tsunade used a bunch of chakra before the Sannin part started and then used a jutsu that has debilitating side effects; the only reason he didn't die was because they weren't anywhere near 100%.

Tsunade is the weakest, believe it or not. Orochimaru knows enough jutsu and has enough chakra to take her, even if she regenerates her wounds.

As stated, Jiraiya told himself he would kill Tsunade if he had to. Jiraiya > Orochimaru > Tsunade.

The only thing to consider would be the teamwork, since it's a fight involving three people.

Best case scenario, Jiraiya and Tsunade team against Orochimaru, and then Jiraiya use his toad stomach justu, or Tsunade one-hit KOs Jiraiya.

You are forgetting the loss of his arms. Orochimaru - Arms (Jutsu)= 20% Orochimaru. Orochimaru's main goal at all times was to master all jutsu. If he spent his life on that, he must have quite an arsenal of jutsu which he can no longer use thanks to the 3rd.

I didn't forget that at all. Orochimaru without his arms doesn't equal to 20%. His desire to master jutsu should include taijutsu, too. Besides, he still had access to most, if not all, of his chakra to help increase his speed and the strength of his taijutsu attacks at least a little, unlike Jiraiya and Tsunade.

Also, similar to how Naruto trains hard to try to catch up to Sasuke, Jiraiya more than likely did the same thing with Orochimaru, except better because he didn't seem anywhere near as clueless as Naruto. Knowing that he probably has to face Orochimaru at some point, it's unlikely that Jiraiya would not learn jutsu that might help him in that. I also don't doubt that Tsunade could keep up with Orochimaru and Jiraiya if she weren't so out of practice since Jiraiya said that she contributed the most to Konoha's victory in one of the wars.

Well put. I believe Orochimaru would win as well. Not just because he would ruthlessly exploit the others weaknesses, which we can assume he knows, but also because of his forbidden jutsu.

If he comes prepared for this fight and has four sacrifices, he could summon all four previous Hokage, or he could summon Tsunade's brother and Dan.

If Sandaime could stop even 1 of the coffins, I am sure that Jiraiya(or even Tsunade) could stop 4. The only weakness Jiraiya has is women or fighting the people he loves(i.e. Yondaime) but he would lose to Yondaime anyway. PLUS, the three Hokages were in the death gods stomache SO I don't think they can be summoned(although I could be wrong if someone has info to say otherwise okay).
I think Jiraiya would most likely win though. Tsunade WOULD probably team up with Jiraiya so Orochimaru is kaput.

I don't believe there are any weaknesses that could be taken advantage of anymore. Tsunade's over her hemophobia and I don't think Jiraiya and women is one because, when it's something as important as a fight to the death, Jiraiya is not going to be distracted by such a frivolous thing. A hostage situation would be different, but that would just be giving the advantage to Orochimaru.

Orochimaru lost to the third, and he was old at the time. Jiraiya is most definitely at the same level or above him.

As for his jutsu we don't know all of them. The ones he's show were not low ranked either. He is a Sannin, and most certainly knows more. Jiraiya wouldn't let his head get sliced off either, he could use rasengan or summon a toad to defend him.
