Well Suigetsu is likely gay, and if he is Sai's brother as I think then they will be gay together.

Anyway, that's a strange pairing. I mean, they didn't even met O.o. But I guess they'd interact good together: Suigetsu's the type to like a guy telling penis jokes :laugh!
...and when Sasuke faces Naruto, Suigetsu will face Sai. But instead of fighting they will compare penis sizes and then have man sechs with each other.

I can imagine their life together: Sai would be wife-type, cooking in apron and all, Suigetsu would come back from work and drink beer all the time with his legs on the table, watching football matches.. O.o!
Actually, I think it'll be more like:

Edit: Forgot to answer you question. Well magic allows you be creative and make up stuff without it seeming illogical as opposed to a normal setting. I think if you can make use of the magic consistently throughout then it'll be good, but if its a one shot thing, you could just remove it.

It was a hot, sunny day when a boy named Sai was heading home from his mission... He was tired, and he didn't have any water left. Barely seeing where he was going, he made his way towards the village.

he heard a voice, "watch where you're...." and right before Sai's eyes, the water took a shape of an offended, wet, naked and really good looking white-haired guy.

Suddenly he felt someone behind his back; he turned his head and saw Suigetsu rising from the water beside Sai. He grinned again and folded Sai in his arms. "Surprise", he said.

About the "possible incest" comment I made yesterday, it doesn't really make sense, ne? Because (unless I'm mistaken) Sai's brother wasn't really his biological "brother", yes? So "SaixHis Brother" technically wouldn't be incest. XD

And I do believe that Suigetsu may actually be Sai's "brother". The picture Sai has of his brother looks frighteningly similar, IMO. Suigetsu is from the mist and was also found in Orochimaru's base or something. Sai's brother was from the mist, I think, and was killed there, or so it was said. Also the fact that his brother's name was never mentioned. It may just all be a coincidence, but I guess we'll see. Sai and his mysterious bro were obviously in love.

I hope Team 7 and Team Hebi meet each other soon, both for SasuNaru and possible SuiSai purposes. :P
