On December 10, 2004, he died from two gunshot wounds to the head. This has been ruled as a suicide by the coroner.

How do you shoot yourself twice in the head? I guess it is possible but he was working on another piece and "had mentioned to friends that he had been receiving death threats, was under surveillance and constantly being tailed."
We will never know for sure. I just wanted to bring this story (not the "suicide") back into the collective NF consciousness.
