In part II? I'd have to say there's something kind of appealing about the way Gaara looks. As for Part I, I'd probably say Kimimaro. If we count flashbacks, I have to say I was quite smitten with Orochimaru in his 20s as well as the later ones in the jounin outfit as well as Jiraiya in his 30s.

If we are talking anyone in part two, I would say Naruto grew really good looking over the timeskip. He was adorable before but now he's bordering on smoking. ^^ Sasuke, Suigetsu, Sasori and Kankurou are alright too.
