I'm leaning towards Ryu. His downed foe list is just overall better. But truthfully, I need to get a masterlist of Ryu's personal feats though (I'm working on Samanosuke's feats at the moment)

At least try to state a reason. Samanosuke is more than a match for Ryu, he's fast, powerful and got magic (I'm not saying he'll win though).
