Don't know much about the other character except from what I wiki'd, but I'd say Kefka takes this. I think he was the only FF Villain to succeed in practically destroying the world, and wielded insane godlike powers, which are better feats than what I read of Lenneth.

What exactly can Lenneth do? Wiki was pretty ambiguous about her powers, saying she is granted the "power of creation" and power surpassing Odin, and I have no idea how strong Odin in that universe is (unless, let's say he's about the same as in Marvel).

Comments: I can only imagine the craziness if Lenneth pullied a swap, and used her powers primarily for destruction rather than for creation.

At her strongest she survived a blast which destroyed both the world of the gods and the world of humans, then proceeded to recreate both. I'd say that puts her well above Kefka.
