Hercules has done more than Kratos, and more impressively.
He's also more of a hero, even in the Greek sense (that is, he is more heroic).

Kratos isn't even a hero, in the traditional sense anyway. He's always meant to be this anti-hero who tries to fight off fate and succeeds, which is very impressive. Hell, he kills the Fates.
