Planning on reading the Manga...Where to start?

Hey, I've been a long-time fan of the Bleach Anime but I'm started to get a little dishearted with it. I've seen a couple of pages from the manga and they look better than the anime as well as being more serious.

So I've followed the anime up to the released this week and I would like to know which chapter would best match-up with the anime I just saw. I don't want to have to start from the begining of the Manga so help would be appreciated.

Also - What would you guy's recomend a site to get High Quality bleach manga?

I don't collect manga chapters so I can't exactly say unless weekly followed.

You can get the chapters over at Ju-Ni (http://ju-ni.net/) or Manga-Rain (http://www.manga-rain.com/). So far they have the best translations but Manga-Rain only releases volumes. Ju-Ni is up to date with the latest chapters.

I also suggest that you read all the chapters because some things are different compared to the anime.
