The younger one is more powerful so he wins.

The universe explodes from the level of awesome in one area. But seriosuly, Young Sub-Zero wins. Had you chosen Noob it would have been more of a match.

Younger Sub - Zero wins. He became the Grandmaster for a reason.

Younger Sub-Zero wins this because he has the Dragon Amulet.
Okay, how about prior to Grandmaster and Dragon Amulet? MKII era Sub vs his brother at MKI/Mythologies Sub?
If my memory isn't wrong elder Sub took out four god guardians.

That's a far more of an even match and with those parameters i'd say older Sub would win or it would be an even match.

Elder Sub-Zero should beat even Grandmaster brother.
He single-handedly defeated the four elementual guardians after going through legions of superpowered Shaolin monks. Then he single-handedly went through the Netherrealm, defeating the Spectre Scorpion, untold numbers of demons, Shinnok's 3 deadliest assassins and Quan Chi himself.
Then he fought Shinnok and stole his amulet before escaping.
More imrpessive than anything Younger Sub-Zero did.

^ So defying the elder gods and deeming one's self a demi-god then fighting off all of their Champions aren't?

To be fair, many have defied the Elder Gods.

Isn't that his thoroughly non-canon ending to Armogeddon? After he attained Blaze's power?
I'm talking about plain old Grandmaster Sub-Zero with no enhancements through items or other's powers. Afterall, his brother doesn't have any.

Young Sub didn't become Grand Master until he obtained the medallion if i remember correctly. Hence it wouldn't be Grand Master Sub unless he had the medallion. As for the MK Armageddon ending, technically nothing is truly canon until the sequel is shown and such events have come to fruition. So on a technicality Older Sub-Zero did nothing you have stated.
@ White-Fang...i know that but how many have deemed themselves Demi-Gods without the permission of the Elder gods?

False.
Scorpion became a Spectre because of Older Sub-Zero, as seen in MK Mythologies.
Quan Chi murdered Scorpion's Ninja clan as stated in MK4 and shown in MK Mythologies.
Fujin appears in MK4. he was the wind guardian in MK Mythologies.
Sub-Zero became Noob Saibot because of him entering the Netherrealm as seen in MK Mythologies.
And etc..
All of it is canon.

Even so, he wasn't Grand Master when he accomlished that and you expect him to defeat his brother, who has the same abilities, fighting style and is the Grand Master? Medallion or not?
The Grandmaster of elder Sub Zero's time was a weakling. If it wasn't for clan loyalty, Sub Zero could've rapestomped the entire order.

The point is Young and Old Sub are mirror images of eachother in their styles of combat.
