MMA wins all three matches, once the MMA fighters get the boxers on the mat it`s over.

Kind of an obvious thread. Boxers are trained to fight under a set of rules and restrictions. MMA fighters are as well, but with much less restrictions, and unlike boxers, are trained in mat techniques. If the boxers fought these guys with boxing rules, then yeah they would win, but with no rules? Easy win for Crocop and company.

If boxing was more effective at MMA than what the MMA fighters trained in then all the top MMA people would be boxers, they aren't, so MMA wins.

Actually top tier boxers do very well against Mixed Martial artists whenever they fight. These matches are more even then you think.

Boxing is designed to knock you the fuck out in one hit and very little can stand in the way of a dedicated professional boxer, hence the many, many restrictions against them in official matches.

Boxers with less restrictions put on them are even more deadly instead of the other way around.

Boxers...you guys have too much faith in MMA, they really aren't that good. Most MMA fights are fist fights(more like street brawls..) before it gets down to the mat(where all that wrestling matters). Now if one of those MMA fighters used their brains and tried to wrestling them to the map from the get go(taking a shot), then we have a win for MMA. However if it starts like a typical MMA fight then all 3 boxers win.

The reason why alot of MMA are wrestlers first because as you see from watching MMA, you can close the distance between you and another man very quickly when the fists start flying. The real techqniue in MMA comes when you can no longer extend your arms to strike. The first one to realize that and capitalize usually wins the match hands down.

In a striking match, which alot of MMA fighters aren't that good at, your oppenant would have been knocked out or in no range to get a graple on you. In that case the boxer would have won, if the MMA fighter tries to strike instead of going straight into wrestling.

Hoost is a kickboxer I don't believe he has ever fought MMA.

MMA fighters have stategies on thier hands. more so on boxing I think. they have to incorporate all the kicks too. plus they can just tackle them and do a submission.
