Stuff we want to see in the future:

You know, if SOMEONE (hint hint, Kishitmoto, wink wink) made an arc about Naruto's birth, that would be great.

It's part of the genius of this manga series. Everyone wants to see or know something, and Kishimoto won't give it to us until we wait a longass time.

Stuff I want to see:

Naruto's birth/Nine Tails/Yondaime arc.
That drawing of Naruto as a little baby when the Third Hokage was fighting Orochimaru was cute. And that fan drawn sig on this website with Yondaime playing with baby Naruto, again so cute.

Sasuke VS Itachi,
This is a no brainer, and if I say anything more there'll surely be a thousand post flamewar about who would win.

Iruka kicking ass.
In the latest version of Naruto, Iruka appears quite often as a main character. I'd like to see him go on a mission with Naruto and kick some Akatsuki ass! You know he's hiding some cool jutsu, because he was close to the Third, right?

In addition to the stuff mentioned already, I would like to see naruto master many of the conventional ninja abilities and traits in addition to his unconventional style.

I would like to see Sasuke die in a heroic fashion since that is the only way that he can be redeemed for the village and for his betrayal of the leaf. Any other way where he would do something then suddenly be re-accepted to the village would be inappropriate. An alternative could include him making sacrifice or loosing power in some way.

I would like to see naruto acknowledged extensively. I wouldnt find it satisfactory for the series to end as soon as he becomes hokage, I want to see extensive acknowledgement by alot of people individually as sort of side stories or revisits of characters that he has touched in the past (such as that kid in the bridge/tazuna arc, etc...)

I want to see in detail what people think about him.

I would like to see naruto have children if possible. I think he has something that should be passed on through a child. A legacy if you will.

I would dearly love to see alot of stuff about the other countries but that would simply be too prohibitive in terms of time for kishimoto so I wont hold my breath for it.

Wow. Just wow. If half of the stuff you guys have mentioned came to fruition, Naruto would be much the better for it. I won't cite all of your great ideas--It would be too long and tedious a post--but this one caught my eye:

- Sasuke and Naruto fighting together against the strongest member of Akatsuki like in the old times

When you said that, it reminded me of the ending of Street Fighter 2: The Animated Movie. Think how bad ass it would be if at the end we get a powered up chidori :kkchidori and rasengan :jir_ras COMBO (like the hadokens from SF2TAM) to totally decimate the leader of Akatsuki (or if there are baddies beyond Akatsuki, the last bad dude in the story). *Daydreams*

You guys have taken all the good ones I could think of, so here are some little things I would want to see (this is mostly endgame type stuff, since I am liking how all the middle stuff surprises me).

Konohamaru as Naruto's student/apprentice when Naruto becomes Hokage (which he damn well better!)

Neji or Hinata vs. Sasuke (preliminary to Naruto vs. Sasuke, of course). I don't care how it comes about or how it turns out--I just wanna see the byakugan vs. the sharingan!

Naruto x Hinata and Sakura x dead Sasuke (Hey, like the guy above said, it is the only way he can redeem himself, IMO. And you never know--he and Sakura might conceive an awesome son before Sasu makes amends, and this son could come back to redeem the assholish father, akin to Trunks in DBZ. Hey, it could happen. Kishi loooooves him some DBZ).

Shika and Temari: Rematch. Winner gets to be on to--wait, there are kids here *zippin' the lip*.

That's all for now. This series is too rich in possibilities to say everything that could possibly be cool...but it is fun to try!

Apart from that I'd like to see:

- Ino-Shika-Cho in an infiltration/███-type mission. It'd be a welcome change from all the fighting (not that I mind the fighting though), and would make good use of their respective abilities as well as their teamwork abilities.

- Sannin Gaiden: I want to know what the relationship between the three sannin was like. It must be quite something to see the future legends in the forming. I'm especially curious as to how a younger Orochimaru was like.

- Neji and Hinata in a joint Hyuuga attack. :P It's the best way not to have Hinata just end up as a "lesser Neji"... (which would be tediously redundant)

- more LeeTenten action! The two look cute together. :amuse

- while we're at it, some actual character development for Tenten. I mean geez, she doesn't even have a last name right now. :notrust Yet she does hold potential. As the only person concentrating on using weapons among the ex-genins, if she becomes a general weapon-master (instead of just thrown ones) it could be quite impressive.

- flashbacks to Sasuke, Naruto and Sakura training?

- more teamwork action?

- that's about it I think. Mostly, I want to see the ex-genins show up again, period.

I'd like these characters to be dealt with more:
- Kabuto. I'd love to see this guy in complete seriousness. Just about anything can be done with him to make him a vital character to a storyline.
- Hinata. She can have character development in a dozen ways. She just HAS to do something soon. After all that exposition in the Neji match, something more has to be done.
- Anko. It just feels necessary for her to become involved in an upcoming storyline with Orochimaru. She's had the most experience around him. A storyline practically writes itself, I would think.
- Ino. We've gotten Sakura's take on Sasuke's leave - We haven't really heard anything from Ino. I'd like to see how she's moved on.
- Shino. This guy is just cool, and I'd like to have him do more. We don't know anything about him.
- Tenten. This girl is just cool, and I'd like to have her do more. We don't know anything about her.
Perhaps Shino and Tenten could make a good duo in a storyline.
- Kankurou and Temari. It looks like they'll be dealt with in this storyline a lot, so I hope that we'll get to learn more about them, and get to know their characters more. They're very unique characters in my opinion, and have an interesting relationship with Gaara. What's been done with Kankurou has been excellent, and can only see this to continue through the storyline - And hopefully we'll get insight on Temari as well.

More things I'm hoping will occur
- Lee. The poor, poor Lee. He works so hard... let him win for once!!!!!!
- Iruka. I'm expecting he will have a larger role sooner or later - his influence is always there though. He's such a trooper. =)
- The flytrap guy. I can't wait to see that guy in action. I'm hoping his giant plant thing is going to eat some civilians that pass by him.
- Sasori. This guy is just plain awesome. I know he's going to be dealt with though, but I really hope that we'll get to learn about the path his life took that led him into the depths of Akatsuki.
- Yuura. Well, I just know there's a purpose behind him in this current storyline.
and lastly...
- Mizuki! What the crap happened to him anyways?! Just kidding - I don't really care. Unless he's the leader of Akatsuki. =)

Speaking of which, I'm also hoping we'll get to know some of the Akatsuki members better than we got to know the Sound Four - which we learned pretty much nothing about (fortunately the awesomeness that is Kimimaro had a backstory). Sasori has especially intrigued me, at this moment.

Someone suggested a flashback storyline with Zabuza and Haku - I would be head over heels for that. They're my most favorite characters of the entire series. I'd love to learn more

Right now, I'm really pleased with the current story arc, so I'm not too upset about not meeting all the other genin. I'm certain we'll get back to them sooner or later though.

No offense, but WRONG!!! This whole series is based on redeption of 'fallen characters', from Zaga-douche from the Mist, to Gaara. It's been set up so that Sasuke can leave, follow the same path as Oro did in the 'new Three' but make a moral change and come back to Konoha.

I'm sorry, I disagree that Rock Lee is going to die. He's already had his near death experience, and survived it...twice is a joke. Plus, he is part of the ever growing mass that loves Naruto, if only to fight him later on. Honestly, I see it more likely Naruto would die, and : Gaara, Neji, Rock Lee, and SASUKE, not to mention who else, would line up to pay their respects. I don't think this is likely, or even plausible, but more likely than 'fuzzy eyebrows' dying.

None of them will die. Kakashi will become the 6th Hokage before the 7th.... an important number.... NARUTO!!! There will remain the 'second three' which will parallel the original Three in the end, things will change, however. Naruto will defeat Sasuke one-on-one, and will show him that Konoha is the superior village Sasuke will stay away, however, until after Naruto dies of natural causes, but then will come back and be the 8th Hokage and rebuild the Uhiha clan....

1- Iruka's real power (I have ever thought he is very,very, strong, as kishimoto joked once, he received his scar in a fiht adainst 10 jounins in an ss-mision!). who were his fathers and how exactly did they die?
2-relantionship, if there's one, between jiraiya, Kaseiyo (the fourth) and naruto uzumaki.
3- All, i mean all about lee's parents and the suspicious lack of potential to do genjutsu and ninjutsu of lee.
4- Any relation between lee and Gai?
5- The real story about the uchiha's. Did Itachi really killed them (i doubt it). Were they preparing something against the leaf? DId the third mangekyou user killed the clan and not itachi? or is the third mangekyou user kakashi?
6- What happens with konohamaru's parents, who are suposed to be family of the third? Are they dead? how did they dead?
7- Will Gai and/or Lee open the 8th gate to save the village?
8-Which is kakashi's new jutsu? Want to know more about White Fang

9- How will end oro's and jiraya's relation?

And so and so many thing i would like to know that kishimoto should write and draw for ages Naruto!!!!!!!!

- There will probably be another rescue mission to get Sasuke back right before Orochimaru's able to take over his body. I want to see Sakura play an integral role in this since she's always obsessed with Sasuke.. this time, she'd prove whether or not she truly deserves him.

- See more of what's going on outside of Fire country. In the second arc, much is happening in Sand though several other countries remain a mystery, especially Rock which is larger than Fire.

- We'll probably see Iruka promoted to Jounin. This would be a convenient way to show one of the weaker members of the group new chuunins (like TenTen) taking over his teaching position at the Academy while Iruka is also given a 3-man team (very likely Konohamaru's.)

- Those two useless frogs that Naruto summoned before (forgot names) should learn a trick or two. Perhaps they can become scouts like that one dog Kakashi summons. Or they can learn to transform (and hence, take part in Naruto's new perverted technique.)

- There should be more deaths in the future. It makes sense that once the characters have risen up in the ranks, they'll be given more dangerous missions which have a higher risk of death or will be dealing with dangerous foes like Orochimaru or Akatsuki on a more direct basis.

- New traitors, new allies in addition to more deaths. Maybe someone from Naruto's group here will betray them or someone from Sound leaves for Konoha to seek revenge against Orochimaru.

Of course, I want to see Naruto's and Kakashi's new techniques, and to see if Naruto has grown out of his 'moron phase' under Jiriaya.

I'd really like to see Naruto be part of an ANBU team, maybe with Shikamaru, Kiba and Neji again, and go on some elite assassination/infiltration missions.

A few things I'm looking for in the future:

The third Sharingan doujutsu. According to mythology, the third jutsu (following Amaterasu and Tsukiyomi) would be called Susanoo. Google it. Would it be taijutsu? Something else? Gotta find out.

Naruto performing 'that' jutsu. You know what I'm talking about.

One more Neji fight where he tools on everybody.

Jiraiya summoning even BIGGER frogs out of the clear blue sky.

I want to see Naruto do more than just use kage bushin (and fail) and the rasenge (and fail) and then somehow pull of some miraculous win in the end. This is a new arc in the series, and Naruto should look like a new, more mature nin. I want to see techniques, I want good planning, and I want him to be feared, like he should be. More than anything, I want that skirt Sasuke's jaw to hit the floor when he sees how great Naruto has become, while's he's been getting donkey-punched for 2.5 years by Oro.
