Best arcs/sagas?

I nominate the Namek/Captain Ginyu/Frieza Saga. All the way from the start when Krillin, Gohan and Bulma lands on Namek followed by Vegeta till Goku goes Super Saiyan and kicks Frieza's ass.

So what arcs/sagas do you nominate? Like I did, it could be several sagas, as long as they're connected.

I know the Genie Ryodan and Saiyan Saga are my top two. Probably with Rescue Sasuke (yeah, I like that arc so sue me), Arabasta, the Water7 arc (not EL) and Zabuza Arc somewhere behind.

I also have to agree that the Genei Ryodan arc was made of win. Zabuza/Haku arc was really emotional in the end, when Naruto gave off his speech.

What immpressed me most about the Ryodan arc to me, was the fact that it didn't have many fights at all. 3 or 4 short ones, but it still kicked ass. I think someone else can say it better why that arc owned. To date, I've watched it about 3 times, gonna watch it again this weekend. So much win in that arc.

DBZ: Saiyan or Cell Saga. I would elect Fureeza/Frieza because in the manga it was awesome, but much of the anime's version of the saga was just terrible after Goku went SSJ.

Naruto: Zabuza/Haku arc.

Blood+: The French Arc. My, those episodes were sweeeet!

Yeah it did. For example, I'd call the first... 15 or so episodes(?), before the Homonculus really make an impact, an arc as its an introduction. When you divide it like that, with also the battle with Greed signalling the end of an arc, and a begin of another, you can see the distinction.

You can define an arc as a period of time where the story's focus is based on one thing, before shifting to another focus.

hmmm God to many to count lol. Probaly some of the easly repeatable achs

1. All of the hunter ex hunter archs
2. hmm SS bleach problay, althrough the currently has potenial to beat it.
3. naruto Exams / attempted rescue of saske
4. Last ach of Mai Otome (before ova's)
5. Both achs of Mai Himi, posibly ach one would lead there.
6. Ghost hunt, every one.
2. Hellsing, Middle and end archs

Harder to randomly repeat, espcialy if you have seen recently:
1. Kanon: Makoto, Shiori and Mai's archs.
2. Final archs of series 1 and 2 of ah my goddess. (Series two final arch does not count the last two ep's in my mind, I more view the last two ep's as addions.)

Action ones are certainly easyer to go oh what a great arch, as I dont tend to think mostly anyways as the story ones haveing diffrent archs that I could just watch. Kanon and Air probaly the only real exceptions that come to mind. The ones were the main empthersise is on the character development through the series etc I tend to not re watch aless I am in the mood to rego through the series, althrough maria-sama has had me re watch things a fue times. But thats more seans/ep's than entire archs.

You know I should stay clear of this type of thread, I cant really decid 100% faviouit anything lol, to many good things in two many ep's.

Ok I removed maria-sama, I ended up wundering about it and came up with the dession, that what I mostly remmber about the series are indevidual seans, and a LOT of them. Instead of whole archs. Althrough there are truly very good archs in the series, its just I dont remmber them that way.
