Oh, I'm pretty sure there's a fanfiction on it somewhere....I remember reading one where he received an injury in battle. Most have him sick since birth, though.

The sick-since-birth thing is not illogical either, if you think about it, mostly because of that cool scene posted here earlier, in which he stops Neji with one finger - showing he is very much strong despite his illness and his ((huggably cutely)) unhealthy looks.

I have only read shorter romance fanfics about him so far. There is some extremely cute doujinshi as well, Genma/Hayate, nah, in which their first night together is the sweetest scene of the universe. Title is A Song of Innocent Love, I think. Do you people know it or other nice stuff about him?

It is insanely long for a filler arc, but I always have way too much time to kill. Plus, besides being overly stretched out at some parts, it's really not that bad. I recommend at least the last few episodes of it, when the Bounts are in Soul Society. Mayuri's one of my favorite characters and he gets a pretty cool fight.

Funny story likes, um a was very very very drunk an was camping with some of my friends and i was cold so i thought it would be a good idea to stand in the fire and due to the fact i was total blazing i neva relized my leg was on fire.
