Kakuzu is much more versatile while Venom is cunning and very good at using what he has.

Venom's weaknesses have always been sound and fire, though he can resist both to a degree. Venom in Spiderman 3 was just pathetically vulnerable to fire is all....

The movie version was a total pussy compared to other forms, geez, even Scorpom (Scorpion w/ Venom Symbiote) would likely be tougher.

With that said, Kakuzu is faster then Venom, if you disagree, I can't be bothered with your nonsense. Secondly, Kakuzu has more raw power then Venom. Although I suppose one could assume they are around the same level. I highly doubt this though. Meh. Thirdly,Kakuzu has tentacles also, although Venoms are far more then just that. In any case, the above alone would make the fight decent, although Venom would take it because of a lack of his weakness being present.
However,
Kakuzu Katon by itself is enough to bother the symboite, and I'll presume he would need some utterly direct hits to Hurt Venom decently. I'll give Venom that much. As it stands then, as soon as Venom is weakned by the fire, and thus a little more susceptible to attacks, Kakuzu has the lighting mask to finish the job. Not to mention the other mask to help. If this isn't enough, Kakuzu can combine his mask. Err, not sure how the lighting would do against Venom before being weakned though. The Fuuton Mask wouldn't be use though , save for knocking Venom away or something like that.

As for Kakuzu being done by Venom power, or by his tentacles, just no, and stop being silly. Earth Defense would make Venom's level of physical hits quite useless. Whereas Kakuzu own tentacles would supress Venom's enough for a Mask to break it up with an elemental spamage. So Kakuzu wins without much threat to himself, although Venom would take a while to bring down.
