Hand to Hand combat only. I know the ODST's are impressive but the ARC's and particularly the Nulls (the most mentally unstable, intelligent and vicious) ARC's were personally trained by Jango Fett, as unrestricted soldiers.
They have no alterations and are far more violent then even the Alpha and successor ARC troopers.
Who takes this though?
