How would you go about this? What would your evil masterplan be?

Given time and offshore banking:

1. Leverage my way into controlling positions of arms factories, shipping companies, air transportation, construction, oil refineries, and telecommunications.

2. Use profits to buy myself weapons, tanks, jets, and a mercenary army.

3. Buy black market nukes.

4. Plant those nukes in every major city in Europe, N. America, and Asia.

5. Blackmail the UN for trillions. If they refuse to give in, blow up France to show them I mean business (and because the frogs fucking deserve it).

6. Repeat until I have nukes planted in every city at least 1 million people, set on a chain trigger (they all explode, one after another, after the trigger is fired).

7. Attach trigger to vital sign monitor, and have the entire assembly surgically inserted subcutaneously in me.

8. Blackmail UN for full, unrestricted executive power. Refusal results in the loss of Africa, followed by Australia, then South America, then Europe, etc. etc.

9. Use newfound supreme power to create laws demanding all hot chicks give their virginity to their supreme ruler, else he rape them anyways and throw them in a labyrinth filled with rapists.

Considering that some governments can spend or earn that money in a year, it really isn't. It reminds me of Dr. Evil in Austin Powers.... No clue as to what is a lot of money....

Illegally because, if you were legit, you might be tempted to flaunt your wealth. Since your a criminal, you will have to be more careful otherwise the authorities will take you down. In other words, I wanted to avoid people simply taking the money and just living off of it, making a mockery of my thread.

$100 billion is just the starting point. If you don't thin it's enough, use it to obtain some more. Alternitavely, use it to start an evil organisation, allowing for both more money and influence. Try and think like a supervillain, and use your imagination.

I'd buy a small country then quietly acquire power by making as many backdoor deals as possible. I'd build myself a decent sized army with an advanced arsenol and then I'd use hired mercenaries to trick other countries to go to war with each other. When the smoke cleared I'd provide aid to the countries who could benefit me the most. From there it'd be a combination of assasinations, both politcal and literal, specially placed terrorist attacks, and a bunch of under the table deals to allow me to gain enough power to display my dominance over the world. :ninja :evil :kukuku

probably invest it to make it to like 1 quintillion, then i would go to the UN and buy the world for the rest of my life, and be its unquestioned owner, maybe buy nuke weapons and spaceships too, and do research into building a time machine, perhaps some way of extending my lifespan as well

Quite alot of people just thinking on ruling the world by force...
Power like that get's unstable, though atleast yeah it's a more "safe" invest then what i wanted.


Still I'd say that terror to rule the world is boring in the long run, I'd much rather just have the power to just walk up and take care of anything i'd like, without anything beeing able to stop me from it smile-big
This way i wouldn't need to scare people to oppose me, they'd know that no matter what the'd do I'd be the winner in the end.


If i really had to scare the world, i'd start by getting people to work on an improved EMP bomb, add stealth technology and perhaps even work towards the upcomming technology of invisibillity.
That would give me good cards against the Industrial countries, as for the countries that ain't build around electricity, i'd get my people to invent a biological bomb that would make stuff decay much faster... and spred quite fast.(not talking killing, but starving everyone till they submit)
