He got some wicked psychic powers. That shield of his can take several yamatocanons for gods' sake^^

Hm. It has been shown that the sharingan detects Invisibility, so Zeratul's invisibility won't have an effect.

As in most fights that involve Zeratul, one hit by him would kill the opponent most likely.

Zeratul isn't fast, but kakashi HAS to penetrate his shield.

Kakashi could probably confuse him with kagebunshins and then mangekyou him out of existence.
