I'd say it comes down to whether or not the Terran's Gun is more effective against Luffy then the Guns in OP. If it is, then it depends on whether or not Luffy can go Gear Second before getting shot full of holes. If it isn't, the Marine is fucked.

the terran gun is a gatling gun that fires depleted uranium that travels at hypersonic speeds. dunno if that is better than OP guns.

Oh I know the Gun's better then OP guns, its just a matter of how much of an effect it will have on Luffy. Odds are those rounds would work on him though, so it depends on whether he gets a chance to go Gear Second. I don't see the Marine taking him if Luffy goes Gear 2.

Hmm tough choice then. Marines react a lot faster with that and without the loss of durability it would take Luffy as long as usual to knock him out. Well I'd have to give this to the Marine then. It's not impossible for Luffy to win, but victory would rely on him using Gear 2 from the start.

No, a terran marine does not win... not in any way shape form or permutation. Simply put, would you rather shoot hypersonic bullets, or be hypersonic? Would you rather have the cababilty to sink an aircraft carrier sized ship with one blow or not? Would you rather be capable of breaking through 24 inches of steel or not? Would you rather be capable of taking an attack that would destroy a marine or not? Ooops well that last one is a bit leading but true enough.

if a zergling actually was hurt or killed from a jeep crash, then maybe, just MAYBE I'll consider the marine to have a slight chance of beating luffy.
but, yeah, slim to none either way.
