What uniform could Akatsuki members wear, if they were not in Akatsuki

In Naruto, just as in every great shonen, good and bad characters always wear kickass uniforms, the ones you can't posibly wear in real life...
But Akatsuki always wear only black cloaks... how could their uniforms look if they were all by them self...?

they probably wouldnt wear the same gear from there villages, though they do wear the headbands...

I personally think the Akatsuki uniforms look stupid, the neckband is unnecessary and stocky, the chinese hat just contrast the black cloak too much, and those red clouds are far too fluffy, come on Kishi, you can do better than that.

The FF7 costumes are much more cool.
