Uhm, okay. Difficult to make something from that vid but from what I could make out Larxene is fast and can throw a couple of... weird attacks, among them lightning.

I also take it that you are using anime Ban here, which is a major beatdown for the GB verse but also makes that battle kind of fair I guess, cause manga Ban would be all kinds of horrible rape.

In terms of speed, it's very difficult to say, but I'm confident Ban can keep up. Upon eye-contact Larxene is pretty much done since the Jagan works instantly. Snakebite could probably break her neck although I'm not sure how to rate the durability of a game character.

Larxene's lightning is probably the only thing Ban should be pretty much immune against, for the other stuff I don't know.

Giving victory to Ban, although he would have to go a tad more serious than usually.

I give this to Ban as well. He was broken in the anime and his eye developed more in the manga so that's even worse. Larxene vs. Ban's partner *I'm mad I forgot his name and this is one of my favorite anime/manga* would defeat him as well if they was to go lightning for lightning.

Anyways, I don't know near enough about Ban to comment on this. However you said you don't know how to rate the durability of a video game character. Well Sora is easy enough to rate and his durability is rather sickeningly high and Larxene was able to put up a fight against Sora. Sure this was Sora before KH2 but even during CoM his abilities were still considerable so it is fairly safe to assume that Larxene has pretty damn good durability.
