No its not the one he used against Haku is his wekest transformation. Devil Jin takes it Naruto would need to go 4 tails to win. Heihachi survived being blown several miles away and reguler Jin is stronger than Heihachi so Devil Jin must be much stronger.

I think 4 tails could take it but the form specified dosent stand a chance.

Haku was stated to be more powerful than Kakashi due to his bloodline, and Naruto with one tail unlocked kicked his ass all over the place.

And Naruto with one tail unlocked stalemated Shukuaku, who was more powerful than Kagekaze Gaara (Gaara didn't released the power of Shukaku because he didn't want to endanger the village) who fought well against Dederia.

But since four tails was needed to mess up Orochimaru (in fact it would kill him with the merest touch) and was able to take his Kusangai, sword of the heavens to the cheast without any damage at all.

I think it only said his tail can smash mountains. Even if you're right, Kyuubi Naruto is not the same as Kyuubi, not even close. Likewise, all of those "facts" brought up with you mean jack, as Naruto isn't fighting neither Kakashi, Deidara, Oro, or anyone else from the manga. Devil Jin is the one you have to compare him to.

The difference here is that the games are not the canon source of reference for Naruto, and Tekken is. The Naruto ninja's are far more powerful than in the manga and anime than they are in the games, but the Tekken fighters, because they are first and foremost videogame characters, are limited by what we have seen in their games. And the comparison does not favour Devil Jin.

Honestly, the Tekken fighters are no-where near the level of Naruto. In Tekken, brething fire, throwing people through walls, these are superhuman feats.

In Naruto, breathing fire and throwing people through walls are Chunin level, at the very best. Naruto has decimated a valley, moved at superhuman speeds, summoned giant toads, and all manner of things that would not impress some of that world's most elite ninja's, save that he could do it at that age.

There is no way Devil Jin can so much as scratch two-tailed Naruto.
