Zoro can cut buildings in half and Zolo can't bleed so it doesn't matter really.

Only because of speed. Jack is on par with early DB Goku in speed.

Er I'd say strength wise too. Current strength upgrade is hard to judge, but back in Alabasta (or maybe it was skypeie, one of the two) he casually held two large stone boulders, one on each arm, just for balancing training. He can cut well above steel now, and then you have Asura.

Even without Asura, Zoro still dominates Jack. With Asura, is just not right though.

Zolo like all 4kids characters are invincible and have unbreakable skin.
Jack has to knock him out, but not too hard, and we can't actually see it happend, so jack has to do it off camera.
Very hard fight.
