What if Storm was in Hawaii defending Pearl Harbor instead of the U.S. Troops here.

Her vs. the Japanese Bombers. No U.S. Help. And she doesn't get prep.

She only starts attacking when she finds out they are on their way to attack Pearl Harbor or are in sight. Could she do it, could she have defended Pearl Harbor or would she be taken down?

(she starts off on the ground, casually walking home when she notices the bombers.)

She could singlehandedly take out the entire Japanese navy if she was angry enough. She's packing everything from Class 5 hurricanes to F5 tornadoes to freak blizzards and instant lightning bolts.

I would say WWII planes would be quite severely affected by the weather, due to their lack of modern day sort of stability control stuff, so all she would need to do is just create some sort of strong winds to scatter them, then take them out one by one with lightning bolts.

(Although, this is dependant on how many planes she faces and how much effort it takes for her to take down each plane)

Storm would not be allowed to defeant Pearl Harbor because she is black. Remember that the time period is the 1940s and racism was still abundant at that period of time.
