Ms Goldenweek gets 1 hour prep time and first 10 attacks. She also can someone anyone in the universe (no cosmics/nigh-omnipotents/etc) who is mid-tier to use one move if needed, if she does not use the one move, she can summon anyone to come instantly for one defense technique.
Location is Earth.
You are not allowed to use cosmics/nigh-omnipotents. Only mid-high tier peoples. Or something similar. IE: No galaxy sneezing people (superman..)

Summons Mayruhi, uses his shikai and hits hulk, paralyzing him.

Ms. Goldenweek paints that red sign (i think it was red) on the floor. OR on Hulk himself so that he punches himself.
You can't NOT attack that.
Ms. Goldenweek could take on A LOT of people if u give her "that prep" with that starting advantage.

Ms. Goldenweek takes this with ease, she's broken as hell especially with prep time.
Golden Week uses her almighty No Manga For You This Week no jutsu to sadden the Hulk, making him revert to his Bruce Banner form. Then she summons the mid-tier part1 Akagen, who proceeds to beat Bruce with the technique she learned in the Joushou dojo. The end :P No prep time needed...
EDIT: To clarify, I know the Hulk can work his magic even during the Golden Week, but he wants to read all the new manga just like all of us - he is human after all. That's why he gets saddened, not because his own comic is put on hold for a week, but because he doesn't get to read all the manga he's following.
Ok... woah, I didn't expect this to be that much of a curbstomp on The Ms's part. Thread changed.

I love that movie. And yeah Hulk has no chance of winning this.
All she needs is first strike and a knife.
a knife + her strength = tickling Hulk. MAYBE if she made him go back to Bruce Banner.
