Can I skip Bleach fillers?

Hi. Im new to Blech, seen around 20 episodes. I read about Blech fillers before and they are supposedly very good. Now som questions:
Wich episodes are fillers?
Can/should I skip them?

you can skip them, not saying you should, but if you can easily download the episodes, you could see them, cuz some of the characters appear later on, in non filler episodes

Yes you can, but they're fairly good so I recommend watching them.

64/65 through 109/110...they are ok...you will (if you skip them) notice a few characters in there that you wont recognize...but i would say watch the last 15 episodes of the fillers mabye cause then it gets interesting!! that and you will have more cannon to end up with once you watch all of bleach

And there was some effort in the Bleach fillers to remain consistent with the original story, and give viewers something long and somewhat relatively more involving and satisfying than the many bad mini-arcs in Naruto filler.

You could skip them, but there's no guarantee the characters from the fillers won't pop up again in a future episode, and then you'll wonder who the hell they are. The modsouls appear fairly often and to my suprise Kariya reappeared. Maybe Rantao or Goe might make a cameo. smile-big

Yes you can but the fillers were good...............

they were fun, they didn't detract from the feel of the anime (unlike naruto, UGH some of that stuff was wack even for an imaginary ninja world) and the character development was very good (even for the canon characters, like ishida) and some of the lesser characters got more screen time too (like the 9th division VC, nemu etc.)

in terms of negatives, it didnt detract much IMO. it affected a couple of manga scenes like rukia's big return and showing Matsumoto's shikai, but not much beyond that.

If you skip them it will make the anime conciderably shorter, but on the other hand; they are fillers so do what you want.

Hmm... my suggestion is to skip like the first 8-10 filler episodes. The story that is tied into the filler is truly an interesting one. But like I said skip the first couple because they don't really do much as far as telling the story. Also unlike Naruto, the Bleach filler does intertwine with the manga cannon.
