Who has the most potential to be a powerhouse in Warhammer: ie Reborn Emperor, DE/Vong/SW/LoTF Luke (view each as a different individual), Solo children, Kyp Durron, ect...

Another 40k thread? Kickass! This universe doesn't get too much action here in the OBD in my opinion.

Anyways, Reborn Palpy and NJO era Luke have the most potential to become powerhouses in 40k, going by their feats.

Crimson, Post-Vong Jacen is a beast. He can make poisons/counter act them better then Vegere.

I haven't been keeping up with SW EU for a while, so I'm not aware of Jacen's current power level. Is he catching up to Luke's level of Force mastery?

He's going to be the next Sith Lord and essentially is superior version of a Sith that Anakin could never be, and Sidious's true successor. He was able to shield Lumiya from both a suspicious Mara and Luke Skywalker's Force probing at the Jedi Temple itself.

Going by that statement, Jacen could rival Luke sooner or later.

I'd also like to add Darth Nihilus to this thread. He could be a bit of a problem with his planet eating tendencies.

How is his lightsaber combat abilties? I never played Knights of the Old Republic 2.

I dont think his lightsaber skills were anything special. His true power lay in his hunger. He pretty much drained the force from entire planets. Only planets were important enough to register in his mind, individual people (even powerful force users) were to him what gnats would be to us.

He was nothign special, but he can kill entire planets without a problem.

Nothing special in Warhammer 40K since C'Tan eat stars on a regular basis.

I second this. In equivalent terms they're both probably at Daemon Prince level (that's pretty damn high).

Jacen is not a rival for Luke. The quote was from his own point-of-view that he would become second only to Luke. Same as the quote from Kyp thinking he has more potential and power than Luke.

Both of them are deluded. or rather, KYp had a deluded author. Jacen is just stupid.

Sith lord indeed...as much an insult as Krayt.

And Nihilus is the second strongest Sith next to Palpatine.

He will but I agree with you.

Uh, Kyp is deluded in his beliefs of his power, Jacen is not.

Nihilius should be barred, no exception abilties other then an eternal hunger to consume life and the Force itself. Bane is a far greater then Sith Lord then he could've ever been.
