Either Black panther with his hax vibranium suit, or Sabretooth if he's not being nerfed. Alot of people (including quite a few X-Men writers) seem to forget he got an adamantium skeleton of his own and a boost to his healing factor to the point where he could shrug off Sunfire blasting his flesh almost to the bone.

Neji has a decent chance depnding on whether or not Jyuuken would work through Panther's suit and Creed's adamantium/healing factor combo.

Yu Law is a distant fourth place. He's tough and fast, but the other guys can handle tough and fast easy.

There's too many heavy hitters here for Bats to take it with just his standard "night patrolling the streets of Gotham"-utlity belt.

Neji has a decent chance depnding on whether or not Jyuuken would work through Panther's suit and Creed's adamantium/healing factor combo.If we assume that both of the combatants you mentioned have a chakra coils system and tenketsu, it still doesn't help Neji all that much. They don't use the chakra offensively, so sealing the tenketsu is immaterial. The internal damage he does would simply be healed by Sabretooth's regeneration. I'd also think there's a good shot that Vibranium can absorb chakra, given it's demonstrated ability to absorb other exotic energy types.

Isn't Lex's suit built for taking on Superman? I remember it didn't work but I think it puts him over the rest. Plus he is no slacker in the brains department even with Batman around.

No way in hell is anyone getting past Black Panther's vibranium suit (resists adamantium claws and absorbs damn near everything else) or Lex's Apokoliptian battlesuit (made for taking on KRYPTONIONS).

Batman vanishes from Frank Castle's sight instantly. Then he lets everyone else fight each other and uses that as prep time.

And we all know what Batman with prep time is capable of.

Needless to say the Bat comes out on top yet again.
