well heres the different factions for this battle along with thier universes :p
(Mainly starwars and stargate stuff with other crap thrown in.) For the star wars ones, if i can remember the book sets they are in, ill list em. (please ignore my lack of star trek races/factions)

crossed out those that would be wiped out immediately, to my knowledge.

Hapes is really outclassed by the Empire and the New Republic, and couldve been wiped out had they gotten serious with either of them. Their turbolaser technology just wasnt up to par. Recent Hapes Consortium...maybe. But i would still say they lose.

By Rebellion, do you mean New Republic or the actual Rebel Alliance? Cause the Rebel Alliance was a group of ragtag idealists that got lucky with Luke Skywalker joining them. They wouldve been wiped out at Endor had it not been for Luke. Their best ship could barely stand up to a SD, but only just so.

Joiners, and the Dark Nest in specific, werent that dangerous. Only Lomi Plo was extremely dangerous due to her ability to mask herself. If they Joined enough Force users or other powerful entities, then they might stand a chance. But as it is, the Dark Nests consists of a couple of bugs and Lomi Plo. Not nearly enough to take down the rest of these people.

yeah, i might as well edit the list a bit, and yeah with the joiners, think about worst case scenario where they get enough force users.
