The moderators name has been changed to danger of getting fired.

Ever since I got in the mod lounge I realised it's full of racists and sexists.

For a start, this is the image they have for the mod lounge right now:

I had to censor it, but she is topless and the thread is called 'Post all your pictures of NF bitches'.

That girl is actually a member of NF.

The smods and admins sometimes pretend they'll make a girl mod or will give her privileges if she goes webcam for them.

Then they post all the pictures/videos in the mod lounge for everyone else to see and sometimes they make it the mod lounge image even though the girl doesn't know.

The girl above went on webcamefor Mecha-Kisame becuase she thought she could get a coloured name out of it and instead he posted them all over the mod lounge.


Also if you're a women or aren't white you get paid less than other mods. Tazmo gets away with it because we don't have a union set up for us.

The result is some mods think they're better than others and they call us ho's or bitches and are always coming onto us.

I remember once Reznor asked me to send him nudes and promised to give me banning powers if I did and that was only after I was first modded.

Sometimes I go into a thread and ask for help from an Admin for some problem and all they say is TITS OR GTFO and so the problem isn't sorted.

Also most of the white mods don't any work, they get us to do everything and if they fuck up they blame us for it. We can't say anything because Tazmo is racist and he'll fire us if we do.

I really don't know what to do about it. I like my job most of the time but I'm sick of being discriminated against.
