The major hacks into other members of Section 9 in real time, you would infer that such an important police force has tight security on their cyberbrains...also if the major isn't good enough (which i doubt), Aoi aka the Laughing Man would be more than enough.

well i remember in the movie there was a doll who's fingers split up like 20 times each to improve the typing speed....not saying that the major can do that though because i have no proof. Truthfully, it's pretty damn hard to determine who is a better hacker, afterall it's not as clearcut as fighting skills anyway.

I think it is pretty clear... Yuki is so godly at hacking she can hack into real life. That means she can alter reality. There is not one hacking feat in GS that is equal to or greater than altering reality.
