Heihachi makes the Fourth Kazekage look like a saint...

Heihachi literally threw an unconscious Kazuya into a volcano. He wins it for me.

This is actually quite close.

Heihachi was rough on his son to try and toughen him up. The first major atrocity he committed was throwing Kazuya into a gorge to pretty much sink or swim. He then tried to get his son to become stronger by raising another fighter to challenge him. His second major atrocity would be throwing his son into a volcano after realizing how dangerous he was.

The Fourth Kazekage may seem to have started out nice. But the fact is that he allowed Chiyo to put a maniacal demon into his son's body, which made Gaara's mother's death seem to be his fault, and turned Gaara into a monster that the entire village feared. Then, from the age of six, the Kazekage sent assassins after Gaara because he feared his instability. The first assassin chosen being Gaara's uncle, who the Kazekage knew was close to Gaara.

Anyways, I think it's pretty much a tie. Heihachi may have killed his son in the end, but it's not like the Kazekage didn't try...multiple times. Furthermore, I'm quite certain Gaara suffered more mentally than Kazuya did, and all because his father turned him into a weapon from the day he was born.

But to Jin, Heihachi is a grandfather, not a dad.

Anyways, they're both saints compared to the likes of Gerald Tarrant :amuse.

I'd say The diaper wearing old man takes this...but not by much. I dont really think he was trying to kill him at the beginning, just make him stronger.

I'd say Heihachi takes him, Heihachi's dickery even extends to his own father (for those who have played Tekken 5).

Both of them are nothing compared to Shou Tucker; I mean turned his little 4-year old daughter into a fucking Chimera. However, in the end Heihachi wins this. Throwing your child off a clif is one of the coldest things I,ve ever heard.

Even in his old age Heihachi is an ass of epic proportions. I'd hate to envision him in his abusive prime.
