Kratos easily. He is a complete monster with god like immortality and unlike when Ares was killed by Kratos, Lucci won't have a weapon blessed by the gods.

And technically you can't kill Kratos because he'll just climb out of the Underworld if you do somehow manage to.

Oh yeah he can stop time and turn you to stone.

God Kratos takes it in a snap. Mortal Kratos has performed ridiculous feats as well and was able to take out two Olympian Gods in single combat (albeit with the use of deception/magical equipment).

Yeah but your letting the word gods cloud your vision, think back on Kratos and the gods abilities, there feats are not very impressive atleast in the anime world not that impressive. Lucci has just a huge advantage in speed its not even funny, he can win on speed alone, now combine that with his sick durability and strength( I mean come on he kicks the air and the sheer force of the wind can slice through buildings). I dare say that Kratos doesnt have a chance with Lucci, unless I am forgetting something and you can prove otherwise that he has speed, strength, and durability advantage.
