That's hard. I'd have to say Ryu seems more impressive then Terry. Who has Terry beat besides Geese?

SF3 Ryu is pretty much equal to Akuma (Gouki) who blows up islands and submarines for fun. As much as I love the BUSTAAAAAA WOOOOOOOOF, the O.G. street fighter takes this.

I am including both anime and game.

Wolfgang Krauser in the anime was a monster, and Mars well you already know him. I would say Terry take it

Terry did beat Mars the God of War, in the second FF movie:nuts

Storywise, the movies are out of continuity, unless somehow incorporated into KOF.

Ryu takes it seeing as how he is THE Street Fighter.

Seriously though Satsui no Hadou is pretty overkill what with the OH Kills.

Actually as of SF3 Akuma is still quite a ways above Ryu. However Oro's ending suggests that Ryu is now being trained by Oro. We won't know for certain until SF4 if this is the case.

If Ryu really is being trained by Oro though you can expect him to finally be on equal footing with Akuma in SF4.

Actually Ryu is mastering Ansatsuken without the Satsui No Hadou which Akuma previously didn't believe possible but does now that he has seen Ryu getting close without it.

Also I suspect you were referring to Akuma's 1 hit kill technique Shun Goku Satsu which is only available to Ansatsuken practioners who use Satsui No Hadou.
