I haven't seen the anime, but I do know the Shiroka Tsubasa and Ala Alba OVAs will only make sense to viewers who have read the manga as they animate chapters from a specific arc.

The original Negima?! anime series didn't follow the manga so if you stick with that you'll just end up confusing yourself.

My personal advise is to forget about the anime and head straight to the original manga because to be honest the anime is horrible from I've heard and seen.

And I couldn't find anything on the Intro OVAs in case you still want them. They're not even listed on ANN. xD

"Negima!?" is the "second" Negima anime.it doesn't use plot from the manga at all,and focuses more on action and comedy,and less on fanservice like the first anime,that is called "Mahou Sensei Negima".the first anime follows the manga in the beginning,though with many alterations,and from chapter 22 and out,it uses original content,since the anime was made while the manga was still far from finished(it is still ongoing after all). ;-)
