Kazuki Shikimori VS. Magic Users

Kazuki wants to test his powers against other magic users. Since I know no one ever mentions who "can't" win, I'll just ask who "can" win against him?

For the sake of making it fair for some magic users, there's two scenarios

1. CIS on
2. Bloodlust on

Battle setting
- Indestructible planet
- 50 meters apart
- No prep

Kazuki vs. end of series Sakura Kinomoto sounds like it would be a good match, not sure who would win that one...

Dr. Strange would curbstomp him. He can use himself as an avatar for powerful universal abstract beings such as Eternity and use their powers to great effect. He also fought a being, Shuma Gorath, who uses universes as power sources and wins. Then there's that battle with the demon Mephisto in his own domain, where he is most powerful(powerful as in able to be on par with Galactus) and Strange held his own.

Nah, you can mention Dr. Strange. I don't mind. But needing to state all that (which I knew alread) wasn't really necessary.

Well, I did post those feats just in case someome doesn't grasp how much of a plot device Strange is. It's silly, but I feel like I have to do it.

Raistlin Majere would be a good match depending on what stage of power he's in.

For one, Raistlin fought a Dragon Goddess and won. The result was the planet they were fighting on became a wasteland because of collateral damage. He can also stop time.

Nice. Although impressive, he seems just a rank or two below Kazuki. Unless, there's more to this Dragon Goddess that I didn't get from this post.

He'd likely beat CIS Kazuki, but lose to bloodlust Kazuki.

What can bloodlusted Kazuki do? I want to get an idea of what level he's on so I can find more decent matches for him if I'm able to.

Basically Kazuki not holding back. His character is very considerate and kind, so CIS Kazuki wouldn't do anything worthwhile on the get-go, but will defend himself.

So, bloodlusted Kazuki would be "I can destroy the world with the side-effect of my magic" Kazuki. He also have time manipulation (stop and reverse) and weather manipulation (he seems to be a low level reality warper)

He can also use a majority of the magic used in the series which involves:
Flight
Teleportation
Gravity
Pocket dimension
Invisibility
Shapeshift
and more.

Able to temporarily steal anyone's magic abilities and powers from magic users even as high as the Spectre.
