Galactus and full power Tyrant would do it.

Heralds vs. Lawbringers would generally be good fights, but I don't think any Lawbringers could take Surfer one - on - one.

Nothing ever said his max was planet destroying... especially when it's said that Shiroi Kikoutei and Kuroi Kikotei would destroy the unverse in their battle.

Besides, without Jin, that's not his only ability... and his durability is extremely high. Still, I said "probably can't" So I don't know why you're telling me this.
