Is this even a fair question, Kimimaro hands down. He was good enough to beat Lee and almost killed him if he hadn't been sick. If you think about it, if he wasn't sick, Sasuke might not be as powerful as he is now, because Orochimaru would have no need for him. IMO, I don't think Kakashi would have been as good of a teacher for Sasuke, and there fore Sasuke would be weaker.
