Actually, it was a botched backdrop. Sabu's dumb ass forgot to push off Benoit's shoulders to get the height needed to do a flat-back landing and fell directly onto his head/neck.

A properly applied full nelson used with full intent to harm would be harder to escape than the Crossface as Benoit puts it on now. As for what would hurt more, make it a push(though if Benoit used the choke version of the Crossface that he used against Jericho at Judgment Day 2000, it'd more than likely be that).

I don't know. If someone is beastly strong the master lock would be somewhat diffrent.
