No jobber aura for Cap this time. And I'll be using 3rd Strike Ryu (So no Satsu no Hadou)

Close battle, I would give the edge to Ryu, since he's capable of nippo's.

Oh Ryu easily. The upper tiered fighters in the SF series are super humans and Ryu by 3rd Strike is beginning to reach that level.

Ryu would win this one. If you go by the Alpha movie he could also dodge bullets head on from a few feet away.
