Sasuke doesn't have the Mangekyou, in any form. At this point I still don't think he's strong enough, though I think he's narrowed the gap a lot.

What is this kid smoking? Sasuke didn't show any altered form of a Sharingan in this current arc or the entire manga up to this point.

You are just assuming Itachi is sitting there not doing anything. We have not even see Itachi at his full potential. Lets allow the manga to handle this fight.

Hey, good point. I'll even go out on a limb and say Sasuke has a 400% better chance than he did last time.

However, 99% and 400% of 0 is still ZERO.
