I read some of them in wiki and they have some crazy powers. That sands of time alone can probably beat the avatar verse

It really depends overall. The Shen Gong Wu are multiple,but they do have their flaws. I would say Avatar would win due to more control of elements but there is a Shen Gong Wu for everything. :3

Xiaolin Showdown wins this, IMO. They have elemental manipulation on par with that with a master bender in the avatarverse at least late in the series, not to mention the elemental Shen Gong Wu each have to supplement their abilities. They also have those Shen Gong Wu which seems to accomadate almost every situation they are in. Some extremely useful such as Golden Tiger Claws, Sands of Time, Sword of the Nebula, Orb of Tsunami, Sapphire Dragon, Ring of Nine Dragons, etc.
