Predator is stronger, for one. His weapons is nothing to laugh at either.

Slade is much much smarter than any protaganist in either of the films.

His reaction time is likely good enough to evade the first of the preds weapons.

Ironicly I saw Predator like 2-3 days ago.
And I have to say, his stealth is rather impressive, don't forget he took out the whole special forces unit that Arnold S. himself was leading.

His weapons:

Boomerang: Easily pierces through human flesh and bones like it was nothing.
Shoulder gun: Uses a three-point red aim to aim, and obliterates whatever it hits.
Double claws: extremely sharp, this also pierces through flesh and bones.

And it isn't exactly easy to see the attacks coming at you.

And if the worst comes to it, he'll activate his bomb and blow Slade up.

The thing is, DS can wtfcurbstomp multiple opponents much tougher/stronger/faster than a single predator. Granted, he's usually prepped, but he thinks and reacts so fast that he'll instantly adapt to the Predator.

Actually I've heard that female Predators are really freakin' scary. They dwarf the males, are way way smarter, and that they kill Xenoqueens with their bare hands. I don't think there are that many though.
