Clearly Konohamaru will win.

Granted, Harem no jitsu is a great technique, but it's a lot of women...with whiskers. For Konohamaru, its quality over quantity.

He's just as perverted as Naruto, but he's a bit smarter, so he'll take it. Although Naruto has been working on new perverted jitsus....
