Well, technically, he's in 25% of his suit 24/7. The Extremis is always with him, and the undersheath of his armor is inside him as well. His basic suit is also always nearby, since he can store the entire thing in a suitcase and have it form on him via voice command.

I'm not saying it's impossible to get him first or mind control, it's just that the odds are really stacked.

If someone tries to just destroy the earth from afar with no warning (there would be warning if Doctor Strange or telepaths were involved), then they'll have a pissed Sentry after them, along with Darwin, possibly Iceman, Thor, Baron Mordo (he's nearly as strong as Doctor Strange in magic), Beta Ray Bill, Monica Rambeau, Mr. Immortal, Deadpool (he's immortal also), Doorman/Deathurge, Juggernaut, Doop, Hulk, Apocalypse, Graviton, Hercules, Magneto, Living Lightning, Zzzax, Sersi, Thor Girl, Vision, and tons more. All of them can survive planet destruction (with the possible exceptions of Iceman, Hulk, Apocalypse, Magneto, and Vision) and all of them have enough power to take down anyone short of Skyfather level.

I would say you would need the guy in my sig or Dark Schneider to win.

I can't really think of anyone without reality warping powers... Some of the highest level Digimon might be able to, but at the highest level they all become reality warpers a la dark masters, at minimum. Frieza might be able to (if he can survive in space, he can survive in near absolute zero temperatures and still be active). On the smart side, there is people like Lelouch and Light... If Lelouch can geass Tony Stark under his control, then he can gather all of earth's heroes (or at least those who follow Stark) in one spot and geass them all at once... Provided its strong enough to penentrate whatever defences they have to that sort of thing. Unless they can see and affect high level spirits, soul reapers wouldn't have any trouble at all.

I can't really think of anything beyond that. I generally don't read/watch anime/manga with people who can destroy planets in their sleep. Those anime are generally all fight and no plot.
