Just because Haruhi subconsciously wanted ESPers, Aliens and time-travelers to exist, they started existing. And she doesn't even realize that she has any powers. She's a cosmic, probably on the level of a Celestial or even higher... maybe even Eternity. She is not God though, since she received her powers from something/someone.

ZeedMelleniummon can also do simular feats. On the other hand, he can't will people out of existence (Its unknown weither Haruhi can, but she has willed people IN to existence before, along with creating 2 weeks out of time where they just kept resetting, among other things).

Is there anyone who can withstand being willed out of existence by someone with supposedly complete omnipotent power? You would need complete, omnipotent power to do that...

That aside, I do not think the only way with a shot of beating Haruhi is Nagato. There was an issue when Haruhi actually stopped and reset the time over a holiday repeatedly for over 15,498 times and also wiped out everyone's memories(including her own). However Nagato proved immune to her memory-wiping, and it was even hinted that if she wanted, she might have been able to stop Haruhi, though Nagato also said she was there to observe, not interfere. Let's also not forget Haruhi is not the only one who could create a world. Nagato also singlehandedly wiped out and reconstructed the entire universe(it was said she learnt or absorbed the power from Haruhi), resurrecting Asakura and even Haruhi was reformed into a powerless copy of her formal self. Ultimately it was the Nagato from the original universe who could reverse the effects
