The battle takes place at night in a small, deserted village.

D has his steed and all his equipment.

Malus has Spite and all his normal equipment (including his sword and the sleep potion to awaken Tzar'kan).

Malus without Tzar'kan I can see losing, since D pretty much has a WS of 10 from what we've seen of him.

With Tzar'kan however, I can see D getting slaughtered.... majorly.
