Luffy would own Captain America, zip behind him and beat the living crap out of him. Gomu gomu gatling gun would do captain America in.
I still don't know what he would actually do too damage Luffy, I guess he could throw his sheild at him, which would either bounce of Luffy or Luffy would avoid then beat the shit out of captain America.
Hand too hand Luffy would destroy captain America, Luffy's punches would kill captains, Captains wouldn't scratch Luffy.

That’s even worse.
While anime was a sad rip-off of excellent American cartoons like the Herculoids, manga is a rip-off of the godly American comics. Japan saw the white man’s colorful pictures and attempted to replicate this, but failed miserably. Ashamed at their creations, they couldn’t even call them comics. They called them “manga” and they have forever been inferior and in the shadow of American comics.
Captain America, one of the biggest heores in said godly American comics, is well beyond any Manga character . This is the guy who punched out Hitler and some dope named Monkey D. Luffy is supposed to compete with him?

He stood up to him, even after every other hero had been swat down like insects and it was clear he had no chance.
