No Superheroes outside of Batman exist, but Batman still has some contacts, but nothing in the police.
Batman's Gadgets are limited to what does and or likely would exist in our world.

Batman does not have camera's and 'insert techno haxes' set up throughout the city, but only at his mansion.

Your preptime is limited to whatever your real-life resources allow.
Your actions and skills are limited to your real-life abilties.
You have 15 days to prepare.
You must strike on the 16th day.

What's going to happen ?
Where are you going to strike ?
Will you go for a hostage ?
Will you go Kamikaze and take out the whole shibang ?
Will you bake him a cake ???

Ideally, I would purchase a 50 caliber sniper rifle and take him out when he left the house. 15 days would hopefully be long enough to become at least moderately competent with the weapon. Unfortunately, with my contacts, I could probably never aquire such a weapon. Thus Rild's idea of capping Bruce in a public area with a side arm seems the way to go.

These two plans seem the best bet and what I would probably do, but even then it would be a toss up chance. Also, eventhough he is just a regular human he is pretty durable and can take alot of punishment.

I need the full 15 days to make sure everything goes right. I need 3 days for materials another 3 days to plan his schedule out and use the rest of my time to find an opening where I can kill him and make a get away.

Wow this takes place in a mixture of Gotham and our hometowns. Super easy.

Since Wayne is rich everyone would know where his house was. I'd tell some of my gangster friends that he's the guy whose been beating up all their friends.

They all go to Wayne manor and beat him down with bats,chains,fists,and then bust a cap in his dome.
